Global Service Classes/Academies
Marcellino Freschi stated "The foundation of a good Company, in my perspective, comes from employees having a a high-quality understanding of procedures, policies, assignments, and each other". Yes, GlobalService will provide Classes for our Universities, Academies, and Trainng Facilities for each Law Enforcement group & non-Law Enforcement group as well. Depending on your selected field you will be attending either a Class (University) or Academy (Training Facility).In both you will learn about your desired field within SL & RL, GlobalService policies, etc. GlobalService Education organizations have not been instituted to waste your time, give you a pile of work, or let you mingle (to an extent), these facilities have been instituted to educate you along the lines of SecondLife, GlobalService, G.S. Law Enforcement, SL Law Enforcement,& RL Law Enforcement.
Instructors
GlobalService Incorporated will provide a certified Instructor/Professor to edify you within your desired field with G.S.I. Understand that the G.S.B.O.E. (GlobalService Board Of Education) will be accountable for appointing instructors to any Class/Academy.By certified I mean that he/she has passed all assessments, interviews, instructor exams and has an Global Service Instructor License to teach in his/her desired field. A teacher instructional manual will be appointed to each instructor. GlobalService ensures all SL residents that our employees, even at the lowest rank and/or position are esteemed and wll be given an equal oppurtunity for G.S. education. SecondLife will not only be ensured saftey but will be among educated Law Enforcement employees.GlobalService Eployees will be prepared and educated.
Class/Academy Grades?
Yes, everything that you do will be graded by your instructors/professors.All assignments, classwork, and projects will be assesd and documented.Understand that if you won't to work with GlobalService you will work for your position.This is not a RP or a game!This is SecondLife.Global Service is as real as it gets.Your grades can count for you or agaisnt you when you receive your final exam at the end of the Class/Academy.Based on your scores and final grades I will determine what position you will receive if you receive any at all.You will be assesd based on your position offer, if you do not match the quilifications for that certain job you will then be given offers based on your term averges/grades, work ethic, RL education,& understanding of field that the class/academy pertains to.

When you decide what career you want to pursue within the GlobalService Inc., you will then be responsible
for acquiring your desired field application via email, recruting agent, SecondLife adboards or HQ vist. After you have successly been accepted into a Class or Academy, you will be asked to sign a binding agreement stating that your behavior will stay under control, your actions will be carried out with a complete thought process, and that you understand the policies/mission of G.S. policies.. You are not obligated to pay any fees to G.S. while taking classes or attending an academy with G.S. unless you are making a donation. However. if you are expelled or dismissed from the term that you were accepted into for your desired field you will be required to pay the class fee amount stated to retake the class. If expelled more than 3 times you will be considered as an reiterate offender and will be banned from all G.S. Lands,Groups, &G.S. sponsored events.You also wll have broken your binding agreement with G.S.B.O.E. although this document has no legal consequences in SL or RL it serves as evidence to LL that shows you broke the agreement deliberately and at the time did not care of the consequences that would come behind your actions. If you are suspended from an G.S. term of education weather Class or Academy, when you have served your full suspension, to continue in that G.S. term you will be required to pay the amount listed for that class.If you drop the class or academy but decide that you need to retake it you will be charged the amount stated. If for some reason you are. forced to leave a term and has no control over the events, if you return you wil not be mandortory to pay any fees.
